Now the REAL question...What the heck are they and what do you do with them???

Every other week we get a fresh organic box of veggies and fruit delivered to us. Most of the time we know what things inside are and how to cook them! HA! This time...not so much! Don't you just love Google for this kind of thing!!! I love the fact that they come to us without being cleaned too...dirt everywhere...they really take the Organic idea seriously! We into the kitchen I go...with my computer in tow to figure out what to do with these crazy British veggies! :)
