Karen's 1st Visit to England

Momma K arrives!!! Karen made her first trip to England! We had so much fun while she was visiting. It was wonderful to show her around Winchester and some of our fav sightseeing stops! The weather was absolutely gorgeous while she was here...sunshine every day! Excited for her to come back in the Fall once our little guy arrives!!!Happy Hour Karen's First Night in Winchester. Stopped by the Old Vine for a glass of wine. One of our favorite local pub/resturant in the city center across from the Winchester Cathedral.
Beautiful sunny day to take in Stonehenge.

Took Karen to Bath...our second time here and we'll be back again! We love it there...toured the Roman Baths.

The Roman Bath with the Bath Cathedral in the background. Another sunny day!

Karen + Hollis posing at the Roman Baths where the Roman goddesses once were bathing. What a fun day we had walking all around Bath and taking in all the unbelieveable history.

Veggie Tales

This is a Swede...These are called Black Salsifv...

Now the REAL question...What the heck are they and what do you do with them???

Every other week we get a fresh organic box of veggies and fruit delivered to us. Most of the time we know what things inside are and how to cook them! HA! This time...not so much! Don't you just love Google for this kind of thing!!! I love the fact that they come to us without being cleaned too...dirt everywhere...they really take the Organic idea seriously! We into the kitchen I go...with my computer in tow to figure out what to do with these crazy British veggies! :)
